By booking services with Fly DJz Ent, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all event dates and services. Dates are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Final payment must be completed prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Custom flyers, banners, welcome signs, foam boards, digital invitations, video flyers, and other branding materials are personalized services created specifically for each client.

Due to the custom nature of these services:

• Deposits and design payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, spelling, dates, times, and locations.
• One revision is included unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.
• Turnaround times may vary depending on project size and workload.

Fly DJz Ent may assist with design services for printed materials; however, printing costs, shipping delays, damages, or third-party production issues are not the responsibility of Fly DJz Ent unless specifically agreed upon.

Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access, adequate power supply, and a safe working environment for all entertainment equipment and setup.

Fly DJz Ent reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe, hostile, or hazardous conditions.

All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, any payments made toward completed custom work or reserved event dates will not be refunded.

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible based on availability.

Fly DJz Ent may capture photos or videos during events for promotional and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.

Fly DJz Ent is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, power outages, venue restrictions, emergencies, or technical failures.

By submitting payment or booking services through Fly DJz Ent, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
• Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Disable user accounts.
• Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
